1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yvolvewyvonne.com (the "Site") or purchasing coaching services from Yvolve with Yvonne ("we," "us," "Coach"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Yvolve with Yvonne provides online fitness coaching, including custom training programs, nutrition guidance, accountability check-ins, and lifestyle coaching delivered remotely through our client app and messaging. Services are online only and do not include in-person training.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

You should consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Coaching content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. You voluntarily accept all risks associated with exercise, including injury. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching. Minors may participate only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

5. Subscription & Billing

Coaching packages are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refund requests are eligible only within 10 days of the original payment date. After 10 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund or cancellation, email coachyvolve@gmail.com.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete health, lifestyle, and goal information; (b) follow your program safely and within your physical ability; (c) communicate concerns, injuries, or changes in health promptly; and (d) use the client app and content for your personal use only.

8. Intellectual Property

All training programs, nutrition plans, videos, written content, branding, and materials provided by Yvolve with Yvonne are our exclusive property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own coaching. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share access with any other person.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yvolve with Yvonne is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including injury, loss of results, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for coaching in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yvolve with Yvonne operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
